Tapping for Weight Loss

I just started reading Jessica Ortner's book about EFT tapping for weight loss. So far, it's really good. I'm really excited, and I'm even looking into joining a gym for the first time in years! And excited to do it!
I think I found a good gym nearby that is inexpensive, and has classes and a pool. It sounds pretty great. Hopefully that will be helpful!
I just got back from Montana, and I was disappointed by my general sense of fitness. I just felt schlubby while I was out hiking. Unfortunately, I don't get to do very many epic hikes, and so I am realizing just how important it is to be in GREAT shape when I get to do them!
