Emotional Eating- How Do You Recognize it?

I’ve personally found that I can recognize emotional eating or head hunger, as I call it, because it originates above the neck. It’s a craving, a thought, a mouth sensation or desire, but never a growling stomach, a weak body, shaking or really needing food. It may be the realization of time- again, a thought in the head. It may be your reaction to being with certain people or in certain places. Just remember that emotional hunger is going to be above the neck.
