Best Ending of the Year

1st day of the last quarter of the year. As I state so often - how has the year gone by so quickly? My last blog entry was just before MIL issues started. Handling this situation has taken the majority of my time and mental stamina since then. A new chapter started last night with her. And, I truly believe, the amount of time I will spend 'on' and with her will diminish greatly. Mentally, I will work on minimizing that time as well. "She" is not here any longer.
How do I want to end the year? Better than the last 6 months! And - how will I accomplish that?
My old list of actions: water, reduce sugar, reduce gluten, minimize eating out, meal planning, etc. Exercise has got to get back to a challenging level: Spin, Cardio Tone, Group Power - consistently. Add in a mountain walk at least once a week. Get in a swim session and end with sauna once a week. Yoga stretch??? Not sure - maybe. walking the dogs daily - their walks are so slow and short - surely I can do it. Being kind. Improving my relationships with my sons. And my husband. AND - finish the end of life planning. Just get it done and forget about it. Clean the house. Cull. Stop sitting in front of the tv and do something - anything. Better stop now or I will get overwhelmed...
Night routine is changing - I WILL begin reading at night. Starting tonight.
