Getting busy - struggling to stay on track

I am so happy that I am getting busy. In August I had no money paying work engagement, just Sales visits and proposals. Now in September I have taught 2 Saturday classes and a full PMP BootCamp and have started a client engagement with a 1 day workshop. Of course all this goes along with numerous meetings. We also have had several meetings that may bring us more business. To top it all off I spoke last week during the PMI Kenya Chapter Meeting
Hence I am getting busy. But since the meetings can be scheduled at any time - am not in a position yet to direct this - I am having more problems staying on track.
I had gotten into a routine of walking about 3 times during the week and then my Sunday morning walk. I also did intermittent fasting on 2 days a week. However now having early morning meetings - left the house at 6:30am this morning and will leave at 6am tomorrow - and at times late afternoon meetings, makes it difficult to have a routine. I have also had several lunch time invitations.
I have decided that I will not beat myself up about it, but do what I can. I will make wise choices when I eat out, and not allow BF to shame me into eating more starch then I need. At the same time I will walk whenever I can and continue doing at least 10min of yoga in the morning. This really helps getting rid of the morning stiffness caused by RA.
