Getting busy - struggling to stay on track

I am so happy that I am getting busy. In August I had no money paying work engagement, just Sales visits and proposals. Now in September I have taught 2 Saturday classes and a full PMP BootCamp and have started a client engagement with a 1 day workshop. Of course all this goes along with numerous meetings. We also have had several meetings that may bring us more business. To top it all off I spoke last week during the PMI Kenya Chapter Meeting

Hence I am getting busy. But since the meetings can be scheduled at any time - am not in a position yet to direct this - I am having more problems staying on track.
I had gotten into a routine of walking about 3 times during the week and then my Sunday morning walk. I also did intermittent fasting on 2 days a week. However now having early morning meetings - left the house at 6:30am this morning and will leave at 6am tomorrow - and at times late afternoon meetings, makes it difficult to have a routine. I have also had several lunch time invitations.
I have decided that I will not beat myself up about it, but do what I can. I will make wise choices when I eat out, and not allow BF to shame me into eating more starch then I need. At the same time I will walk whenever I can and continue doing at least 10min of yoga in the morning. This really helps getting rid of the morning stiffness caused by RA.

    Busy is good.
    I think that learning to make good choices on the fly and despite changing daily routines is a great goal to have. Life's full of short-notice events. Live it day by day. You've got this!

    it is harder to do things without a routine but you have a great plan and you can do it stay strong you got this

    Do like my late husband used to do when I cooked vegetables he didn't care for "It looks delicious but I don't feel like having them today." of course I ended up eating them mostly by myself since our sons copied their Dad. LOL

    That's a good choice. Just keep making healthy choices and live life. You can't always be on a schedule or routine. It's all about adapting your diet to your life. Keep doing what you are doing. I also do IF a couple of days a week. It's touchy for me being diabetic.

    I hear you. B E strong, it is easy to justify missing one walk then the second and then the third. Walked that path be strong 💪
