I joined again and I am a member of the Starfish team, but there are many great teams to pick to help motivate in your goals

My plan is to continue with my gluten free/low starch diet and I've recently started l trying for 2x more veg then fruit since I started noticing veg has less carb then fruit, and still try for 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water

My exercise plan is 45 mins daily plus extra needed for me to reach my 10,000 step daily goal. What I do is varied between elliptical, walking, hiking, strength and recently have started some running. I pick what happen to suits my mood for the day
