Still Using P90X but Modified

September 8, 2019 – Sun – Rest Day.

Today I re-evaluated the way I’ve modified P90X Classic and will not use the scheduled coming week as a non-resistance training week.

Instead, I will move ahead to what is the program’s week 9 to continue with lifting. It will actually become my week 8 starting tomorrow. This change in scheduling will bring the program to an end around October 4 which is a week earlier than the initial schedule.
