Self-Care or Silly?

One of the worst manifestations of my depression is that I don't take very good care of myself. I will take care of the kids, my husband, even the dog before I take care of myself. And I'm not talking about pampering yourself a little every now and then. I'm talking about basic necessities like eating and brushing your teeth.
So part of my resolve this time around is to take better care of myself. Little things like washing my face morning and night, using a moisturizer with SPF in the mornings and a night cream before bed, and yes, brushing my teeth. Is it silly that I want to add these things to my SparkPeople task list in order to reward myself for doing them?
