A good day... 4 days closer to my goals

Am feeling quietly satisfied at finally having 4 days of On Track eating “under my belt”. Am focusing on drinking water (and soda water with fruit infusion when wanting soda), diverting myself with other tasks when I get hungry between meals, and reading other people’s progress, blogs & posts. There’s a lot of positive energy here!
It will take a LOT more that a few good days to reach my goals.. but am trying to stay in the moment in positive ways. Eventually there will be enough days to add up to an accomplishment. 🥒🍉🥬🥑🍓
