Bounce Back Day

Sunday, September 01, 2019

One day I'm celebrating my success in the 5% Summer Challenge and the next day... I'm off road with my eating. {{Screech}} I also skipped exercising.

It's my last weekend before going back to work. Also, it's our Wedding Anniversary. I know these are excuses, but I let it happen.

A teammate posted this saying in her blog. I saved it because I knew it would come in handy.

So, today is a Bounce Back Day! I've done a Belly Button and Thigh Workout; a 60's Music Power Walk; and a Zumba Cool Down song for 42 minutes of exercise. I worked up a sweat!

I've planned my meals and put them in the nutrition tracker. I will stay at the lower end of my calorie range today.

The 100+ First Step Club is just finishing a Paris Challenge based on the book: French Women Don't Get Fat. Here's one of the lessons: "French women balance their food, drink, and movement on a week-by-week basis."

So, one bad day doesn't have to be a bad week or an excuse to give up!

I think getting to the end of 5% let me widen my road on Saturday, but like you, yesterday I was right back on!
Hope your week back to work will be an easy one. emoticon
