8/31/19 SMART Goals and Nutrition Goals

Specific – Get my A1C below 7.0 so that I can avoid getting put on another medication.
Measurable – Using blood sugar meter regularly and, in November, getting lab tests.
Attainable – Track daily; keep calories, carbs and fat at or below recommendations; walk or ST every day; get at least 7 hours sleep/night.
Realistic – My doctor thinks that I can achieve this by November, so I should be able to reach this goal easily by the end of this challenge.
Time – I will reach this goal by the end of the challenge.

1. Breakfast every day (been slacking off now and then)
2. Track everything
3. Plan healthier snacks
