What motivates me...

I have lost and gained back weight many times. I have a pair of brightly colored capri pants that are in my closet as a reminder of where I should be. Every morning when I get dressed, those capri's are staring me in the face. My goal is to be able to pack those and wear them when we get to Florida this year. I have 23 more pounds to go and I'll make that goal. Each month that goes by and I see how loose my clothes are getting, I know my goal is within reach. I've had a few setbacks along the way. My previous post regarding pains and overdoing and the doctor telling me to monitor my blood pressure ended up with an order to increase my blood pressure medication. Not at all what I've been working towards! My main priority in losing the weight was to get healthy and off the medications! So...will follow doctors orders and increase the medication and hope that continuing to exercise and eat right will eventually bring me the end result I am hoping for. It's these times that make you want to give up, but it ain't gonna happen!
