I’ve been working with trainers once a week and been gained muscle (and fat) regularly. The muscle outweighs the fat but it’s easier to focus on the fat. Today I was stretching because my feet has been bothering me. It hit me my legs are pretty solid from muscle. I realized yes I wish their was less fat on my body.. I am strong! I need to appreciate the positives more often!
