Clock is Off!

I wish I could get my internal clock working properly, darn it! Lately I have been waking up at 4:00 - just a bit too early to get up. So I get back to sleep, wake up to find now I am not going to have time to get my morning exercise routine in before I leave for work. I hate that! I still get my walk in late in the day which my walking buddy would hate to miss. Did I mention that my walking buddy is our 75 pound black lab whose name is Buddy!

It's been a busy week already and we had family visiting from Tennessee and Florida for dinner last night. It's always great to have family around. My son and his family came over as well and we had a great visit. There was a lot of reminiscing of our summers together at our grandparents house, and new stories to be told. It was a great evening. My aunt turned 98 this year, so it's wonderful to get as much time as we can with her!

I kept to the middle of my calorie range even with having a piece of blueberry pie!(Kept it to 1/16th piece). I knew we'd be having company so I kept my calorie count during breakfast and lunch to the lower end of what I would normally have so I could enjoy the evening, and enjoy it I did!     Wow, sounds like a great day. You have got the calorie thing down adjusting as the day goes on. I had a while when 4 am was my natural wake up time,I did get up and found that I had so much more time. I am retired so I know that makes a difference but, I am sure your schedule will eventually clear up.
