Re-stocking my pantry today, I realized that, I have mainly Keto friendly foods on hand.
Now I need to start planning my meals. I know that planning ahead is a major key to my success.
Left without a plan I don't eat the right combinations or amounts at each meal. Thats when I end up eating way too much protein which adds more calories than I need .
This evening I'll work out a menu for each meal for the entire week ahead.
