Reddit Thread Filled with So Much Truth

This OP had a similar realization to me, I did so many 'right' things that I ignored the actually correct way to go about weight loss.
"oh no! I spend 2 hours a day in the gym and this person eats bread and doesn't gain weight but I do, it's not fair!" (literally thoughts from my brain)

A million 'tips and tricks' and 'miracle cures' and 'quick fixes' and 'exercise' mean NOTHING compared to the good old math of CICO and addressing environmental and emotional and psychological issues that we focus on here at Sparks.

    Got it in one!
Over the years I have come to realise how unique I am; I just have to look at a glass of wine to put on three pounds, but can enjoy buttery veggies...
Knowing what works for you, and WHEN is the key, also WHY and HOW....
    Go you!

You are so right, that it all comes to that. Time to pay attention to the tracker. Also remembering to add in all those incidental tastes, bites and licks, like you know you had another peach, or that piece of bread with butter. That stuff.

Keep moving forward. We shall all get there.
