Hi! For 2 weeks, I've been off track. Feeling so much better today. Can't believe I made banana cream pies over the weekend. Actually got to point where I'd rather have fruit. Bought peaches & a cantaloupe. The peaches were so darn good. I guess my thinking has changed. Thank goodness. Realizing I don't have to be perfect with my healthy eating. But can't go crazy and say I screwed up. So I'm just going to eat to much and junk food. I know I want to keep feeling the way I have been. Only I can do this for me!
