Chiropractor Advice For Walking

Finally asked my chiro why I have so much pain in my hips when I walk on flat level ground as exercise. He said my shoes are good and the only thing he could think of I lift my feet higher off ground when hiking or on beach. He showed me some exercises to help with the hip pain to help strengthen, all but 4 I'm already doing and I'll add those. For now I'm going to postpone the walking for exercise til after my vacation in July. There's time before vacation for the pain to settle down so I can enjoy walking on the beach.
