It's been three days since I started this journey. In some ways it feels like it's been weeks. 72 hours of fighting cravings, ignoring my disgruntled stomach and trying to keep my eye on the prize. I just need to remind myself that I can do this. I am stronger than food. Food does not control me. At least not anymore. I won't let it.

    The hunger pains will go away. Find some healthy snacks to munch on when the pains get overwhelming. Keep some celery or carrot sticks around to munch on. You can convert your body!
