Hangry

I've Bern doing Spark almost 5 months. Here in the last week, I eat breakfast. Same amount of calories. But within 2 hrs. For some reason, I'm really hungry. Same thing happens after lunch and dinner. Any suggestions? I don't understand why I'm getting so hungry all the time. I'm drinking my water, still eating veggies, protein. Carbs but limited. I don't know. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Chris

    Nuts! ( hope your not allergic). Not peanuts but walnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, Seeds are my thing on salads, I add pepitas or some kind of seed. Balsamic vinegar, olive oil. No store bought dressings for me.
    Healthy fats to satisfy, like avocado and olive oil.
    I count out five almonds and drink some water if I get hungry in between meals. I do not let it my self go hungry, I Eat something.
    Just an instinct about you, I wonder how your amino acids are, you need muscle, to repair and build your muscle, I hope your getting very good beef products (grass fed).
    Keep it up! Glad we are spark buds! Have awesome day, and I want to know if any of the suggestions worked.

    They do always say that if you're hungry between breakfast and lunch, that breakfast is doing its job helping you lose weight. I have tasty (not celery, as an example) cold veggies in the freezer for when it's not time to eat and I don't have calories for a "real" snack; I can graze on the veggies with no harm. I'm thankful for the time to do this, but I'm able to exercise during that "trouble time" around 10:30, and that cuts any hunger pangs that may be creeping in, or else cuts them off before they hit. I hope that helps, but everybody's got a different road doing this, and I think some of the other ideas here about protein and fiber will also be helpful. emoticon emoticon

    just a bit of protein between meals beef stick or cheese stick might help! emoticon this happens to me as well but I changed my thinking and saying to myself "when I feel hungry; I am losing weight" then smile!

    Are you exercising more if so you probably need to up your calories You could also try adding more fiber to your diet fiber is very filling Since I started Keto I don't get hungry like I used to I do struggle with getting my fiber but I'm managing!
