With BABYSTEPS=BIG RESULTS I have a plan. The big plan is how much weight I want to lose. To achieve my goal it's divided by how much weight I want to lose this year, how much weight I can lose in a month and then per weeks. I made sure my goal was achievable and realistic for me. I will reach my goal next year.
I have a calendar with my weight goal for every week BUT if I don't reach it, it's ok. I'm still closer to my goal than I was at 248 pounds. I made my plan on April 29th and reset my ticker then. Losing 5 lbs a month is reasonable for me/
I started to drink water; not just one gulp to swallow my pills. Day one was a glass of water and that wasn't easy. When I did it effortlessly I drank 2 cups and so on. Today for the first time I drank my 8 cups of water .
Exercise is another area that I have made progress with; I now can walk from my home to Main St, stop at Tim's walk back to the market and stop then make it home. This makes for a 30 minutes walk ( without the stops -lol)
I also have a scribbler where I record my weight weekly and my measurements monthly. At one point the weight may not come off like expected but the inches are
I track my meals, exercises and water - daily. This site has helped me tremendously. It has everything! Even exercise for every part of your body. The Spark friends are there to answer questions, cheer you on and share their experience.
I'm a Spark Addict -lol
