Down 20 Pounds!

I am so happy with how things are going. I've been on HMR now for 5 weeks and I'm down 19.6 pounds - from 216.2 to 196.8. I have about 50-60 more to lose to get to my goal. Here's what I am loving about HMR:
*Consistent fast weight loss (7 pounds week 1, then 3 pounds every week after that except 1 week when I lost 2 pounds)
*The food is actually good!
*Food delivered to my door
*The guesswork is taken away. They tell you what to do and you do it and it works.
*Enough variety within the structure.
*Very little meal prep.
*Tracking is super fast and easy and actually fun.
*I love the emphasis on what to do - and more is better - rather than what you're not supposed to do.
*Weekly phone coaching
*Facebook live and YouTube videos help me stay excited about following the program exactly
*Unlimited fruits and vegetables - not only healthy, but also a fantastic strategy for staying full (have a whole bunch with a meal to become as full as you want for not very many calories, have as many as you want between meals - you can even mindlessly munch on something like baby carrots or mini peppers or sugar snap peas with no fear of stopping your weight loss - very unlike mindlessly munching on junk food) - these are strategies I can use for life!
Sorry for sounding like a commercial. I'm just really happy I'm finally getting back in shape after too many years and too many pounds. Plus, I'm super happy that work is going well and that the school year is almost over!
