Getting back on track

So I had a little breakdown this last week. I realized that I had gotten off track with everything. I wasn’t eating correctly, I wasn’t walking or exercising. I wasn’t taking care of me. So I wrote a schedule down. I also put it in my calendar. I put almost everything in the calendar. I put when I wake up, when I eat, when I’m going to exercise, clean, go a walk, and more. It’s a pretty detailed schedule. Now I know that I am not going to stick to it 100% of the time, but at least I wont be trying to figure out when I need to do something. I did this for the first time yesterday and at the end of the day, I felt like I have accomplished something.

Also I am sick. I have a sore throat and I’m coughing up mucus. I hate coughing up mucus. So here I am trying to get healthy again, and I get sick. Did I also mention that I have a headache? Yep, a headache on top of everything. So I think I’m going to adjust my schedule some and not do a workout. I’m thinking that just doing my walk will be enough for right now. Well, really with my puppy Luci, it is more of a tug-a-war. LOL. I guess she likes going for walks.
