I'm COMMITTED to my Journey to being HEALTHY

Never been a smoker, but in 2011 I was diagnosed with tongue cancer (Feb) and then it moved to my left lympnode (August).....Having chemo/radiation for 17 weeks and trying to get back to being healthy.......I've been Cancer Free for 8 years now!!

You just stay Positive and Committed to wanting to get healthy - Even though I did lose over 30 lbs with not being able to eat for 6 months (stomach tube) Ensure was what I lived on.

After getting back to eating, the weight came back on and now I need to adjust my thinking and get back to sticking with it!!

My Mantra: "Never Give Up"
