I weighed in at 231 last week, and this week I’m at 226!
I know weight goes up and down sometimes drastically, and I didn’t believe it at first. I’ve had a few screw up days. Days with no work outs and way over eating. Then there were 2 days I slept maybe an hour or so.
5 pounds is over my goal to lose a week, but I’m not looking a gift horse in the mouth. There will probably be weeks where I don’t lose anything, maybe even gain some back.
I've kept up with learning a new language so far. Everyday I do a little bit, learn more.
I'm also putting my phone down and reading more. I've always loved reading, but I stopped reading a while ago. I love the way getting lost in a book for hours feels. I'm so happy to do it again!
