Numbers on the scale

Yesterday, May 1,2019, I was up at 231 but was 229 Sunday. I didn't understand that as I was fatefully logging my food and never over calorie goal. The only thing I could see was water retention. This being said, I'm again back down to 229 minus. So it had to be water retention.

I hope that if you do go up on the scale, you know you've been doing all you should, don't give up. It will show you the right numbers in a few days if not the next.

I'm learning to read the report and find which food I need to eat more of and less of to get a balance in the nutritional side of eating healthy.

We have so many tools at our disposition on Spark! And internet as well. We can Google Zumba dancing which I discovered lately and enjoy doing - I know my minutes will increase with a little time doing it every 2nd day.
