23 Apr 19--Daily Challenge

Today's challenge is encouragement to eat when truly hungry and stop when full. Although I admit I probably do fall short of this at times, I find if I do not eat where the food is at, put on my plate what I can eat, and don't return, then I do pretty good. I am a person that will eat if the food is lying around near me. I do have to say for the past couple of weeks I was full before my portion was gone, which is good news.
I am on a low-carb diabetic diet, so I am always looking for some that doesn't eat up all my carbs--pun intended
. If I want a snack, I know what I can have. I finally found a bar that is around 15 carbs and 5 grams of fiber that I really like; it allows me to subtract the fiber--if I need to do that--for a 10 carb snack, which holds me over until the meal.
This didn't happen overnight. I have worked on this for a long while. Keep Sparking!
