In my last entry, I said I surpassed by pre-pregnancy weight but that was pretty much due to having surgery and then the entire family getting a stomach bug so I lost about 5 pounds in a short time. Since then, the 5 pounds came back. I've been enjoying life, drinking and eating out on the weekends and maintained with those 5 pounds for the past few months. I'm going back to MA for a week in June so I want to lose the 5 pounds again in May.
Only drink once a week
Eat out 1-2 times a week
Walk at least 4 times a week
Up water intake
I really want to tone up my upper legs and arms. They look fine with clothes on but since summer is around the corner, would love for those areas to look better not covered up. I've been doing this lower body challenge for the past 2 weeks and will continue doing it until the 30 days is up and then will look for another challenge.
Hoping I'll start to see some results when I combine the good eating with the exercise.
