Tips for writing and aiming for a healthier you is not only about writers seeking help in their writing but people who want to lose weight.

Marian deals with weight issues and is constantly putting on new articles and topics about how to lose those lbs.

I deal with the writing trying to help beginners write stories or novels.

Some of us have a story that wants to come out but don't know how to go about it. We have writers who have written before and got published who can answer your questions for you.

There is a story hidden in your life. It could be about your family or when you were little, something exciting that happened to you.

On the weight issue, I have been there before so I know how hard it is to watch what you eat and try to keep it off.

Look at some of the exercises shared, what people eat, how to stop the stress when you want to grab something.

Don't let time pass you by on losing that weight. I remember being in a plus size and I worked and got into a size l2, sometimes a l4 depending on mfg. You can do it too. Why not try us and see if we can help.

Dust off that memory and start that novel with us. Who knows you may be a published writer one day. You will never know unless you try.
