199 Pounds and Holding--Addendum

I am now 197.8. At 199, I took a good look at my face, arms, and legs, and I decided it was time to stop losing weight until the rest of me caught up at some. In other words, I needed to exercise more. I am now exercising, trying to stick to my low-carb, diabetic diet as closely as possible, and I have stopped worrying about losing that last 50 pounds. I want this 50 to come off slowly as I exercise more--that is my goal. I am looking for more strength and stamina. Now I need to go clothes shopping. WooHoo.
