Changing my weight on my counter and other musings.

Oh, man, it took everything I have to change my weight from what was 392 2 months ago to the 414 it was when I stepped on the scale this morning.

I could easily have just left it at 392. But, I have to believe that not being honest about has to have some kind of negative impact on me...KNOWING that it's wrong is kinda like fostering feelings of shame, and SHAME is a big one with me.

And so it goes. Count my calories. Get some kind of intentional movement daily.

Sounds so easy. Those of us with food issues know it's not.

emoticon I'm looking for a buddy who's got quite a bit of weight to lose to keep me company on this journey. Please let me know if you're interested.

    I had to do the same thing on Monday. It takes being honest with ourselves to put that higher weight in, right? I sooo understand what you did.

    I fooled myself for days....all kinds of excuses...but Monday, I sucked it up, put in that higher weight and went right back at it.
