Grattitude and goals 2/13

I am thankful for the overwhelming amount of birthday wishes I received for my birthday on the 9th as well as the wonderful gifts from my friends and family. I am truly blessed. I am especially thankful for the time I was able to spend with my family.
Goals: I need to get back to drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I was doing good at this but have slacked on it this past week. I signed up for the h2o challenge, hopefully this will help. I also want to exercise at least 15 minutes a day. I managed 10 minutes a day last week all days except one.

    What helps me drink more water is putting ice in it. Ice cold water also raises your metabolism and burns more calories. It also just feels so much more refreshing when you are thirsty. Also having a big huge mug of water rather than a small glass or having your own special water bottle.

    Good goals taking things slow enjoying the journey. I have problems getting water in i found a 8 oz mug helpful some times it less over whelming.
    have you tried adding a little lemon to you water that helped me get going on those 8 glasses of water.

    Very nice blog. Water is so important. It helps keep your skin elastic...I hope this means when all the weight is gone my skin will not droop. I think if I lose weight slowly it will give my skin time to go back...at least that's what I'm hoping for. I do know when I skip on my water, I don't seem to lose the weight as much. So drink up and have an extra glass on me!
