Grattitude and goals 2/13

I am thankful for the overwhelming amount of birthday wishes I received for my birthday on the 9th as well as the wonderful gifts from my friends and family. I am truly blessed. I am especially thankful for the time I was able to spend with my family.
Goals: I need to get back to drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I was doing good at this but have slacked on it this past week. I signed up for the h2o challenge, hopefully this will help. I also want to exercise at least 15 minutes a day. I managed 10 minutes a day last week all days except one.
