A Month of Accomplishments (Ongoing)

Every morning, write down all of your accomplishments from the day before so you can stop focusing on what you didn't do, and highlight all of the things you did!

Friday, February 1 - Walked 60+ mins, full-body workout, & stayed w/in cals even after an evening out for dinner & drinks.

Saturday, February 2 - Walked 30 minutes

Sunday, February 3 - Walked 70 minutes, stayed in calories

Monday, February 4 - Walked 30 minutes, completed SparkCoach goal to avoid sweets for a day, and ate healthy.

Tuesday, February 5 - Walked 30 minutes, played tennis for 90 minutes, and ate healthy.

Wednesday, February 6 - Did laundry, practiced body-positivity, ate healthy, and went to be on time.
