Spark Streak

After losing my streak in Nov, I have finally got 25 days in a row of logging and water. Today's Spark coach said to remove all the trigger foods to help resist overeating. I have done that. My husband and now my grandson wants treat, but I am pretty good about not indulging. If I indulge, I only eat a small portion and stop. I am working not indulging, but I still do every once in a while.

Now I need to get my exercise on tract. I have started going up stairs to the bathroom up there instead of the one on the same floor. That has helped my steps, and since my stationary bike is there, it encourages me to exercise, which I did yesterday. I plan to do it again tomorrow. I promised myself if I do not I will post it. Ugh.
