199 Pounds and Holding

About two months ago I weighed in at 199 pounds. Today, my weight is 199 pounds, a fifty pound weight loss for me with 50 more to go. I was ecstatic, but I had lost a lot of weight in my face, and I could fly around the room if I wave my arms. I decided I should let everything balance out--hopefully. I am still watching what I eat, and now I am easing back into eating fewer carbs to lose again. I was put on this low-carb diet by my doctor to control my diabetes, and it is working.

I haven't been able to exercise a lot because of knee surgery; I plan to exercise more, and try for muscle instead of flab. Have a blessed day.
