Insomnia; What A Kill Joy

I have battled insomnia since 2008. Stress brought it on originally, and while I have a day here or there of a decent 5-6 hours of sleep, I usually average around 3-4 hours a night.
I know how hard it is on my physical health and it wrecks havoc with my emotions but no one has been able, including the medical professionals, to give me the magic power, to change my sleep patterns.
So if anyone has a cure, please pass it on🐾🐾🌹🐾🐾Even my dog’s get more sleep than me
