In my previous journey blogging was helpful so I came here to put my thoughts out in a happy positive place. I’ve come to realize I want to lose weight but it’s been such a struggle. Lately I’ve been eating not the greatest and want to clean it up. I’ve looked towards friends but they just want to sell me supplements and not actually help. Once they get the sale, they essentially ditch me. That’s not a friend so I’ve stepped away from it all. I guess I even started to feel alone and like they even care. My sister does Herbalife and I think I’d like components of it to supplement things. But they want to be every meal. I honestly just want to get back to working out regularly (got a plan for that) and est healthy.
But what is healthy? Is it paleo? Keto? Tracking calories? A salad daily?
I’ve done keto and I just couldn’t accept its healthy. For ME I kept wondering if it was heart healthy etc even if ppl were skinny. Ironically my bp has crept up but I think that’s stress and not eating the best. I think something else is going on to with my body. I get dizzy and nauseated regularly or have a headache. Keeping an eye on bp and pulse. And yes I’ll be going to the doctor as soon we’re done moving.
