Today's "coaching challenge" was to write down some of my long term goals.....

OK - after the success I have had following the KETO WOE, I am starting to think that I just might reach my "weight" goal by the end of the year or perhaps even sooner.
Another goal of mine is to become more physically fit. I must really put an effort forward to get some sort of movement in each day. I do like strength training at the Y with their machines, so I must make more of an effort to get there and use them.
Another goal is to move from Rochester NY to a warmer climate. The "cold" just seems to be getting to me more and more (guess I'm getting old - LOL)..... I think that I could start working on this goal by going through the house and weeding out things that I know will not come with me on the next move. Plus I could start doing some research on places that I might want to move to.
If anyone reading this has any suggestions, please leave them...... Ideally I would love to live in a place where it does not get colder than 40 degrees or hotter than 80 degrees. Yes, I know - I'm dreaming. Of course, I wouldn't want to live in a hurricane or other natural disaster zone either.
