Eat more snacks

I saw my dietician yesterday, she said I'm doing a great job and to keep doing what I'm doing, first thing she noticed was that I have toned up, I lost 4 pounds but since I've gained muscle I've lost more than that. I told her about my hunger pains even on days that I eat 1800 calories, she pointed out that I haven't been snacking very often, I get super hungry the day after a big workout and she reminded me that eating around 200 calories between meals should help manage my appetite as I'm burning a lot of calories from exercise. If my weight goes up or if I hit a plateau in the future she said to come back and tweak my plan, but I'm on the right track for now.
