2019 Beginning Again with SP

I've been everywhere...trying everything...and now back to SP. It worked before and I'm hopeful it will work again. I tried NutriSystem and Keto and Target 100 and OA...I could not stick with them. SP is the last weight loss/lifestyle change system that worked for me. I've tried numerous times to get started again with SP, too...and not been able to lock it in again. But, I don't know what else to do.
I just keep losing...then gaining it all back plus some. I cannot continue this pattern. I am at my highest ever and I HATE it. It's my BIGGEST problem right now. I have other issues that I need to work on...but this is the main problem. So, here I go again. Starting again. I've weighed in, I've recorded my breakfast, and I re-read over my very first week 1 blogs.
Before, when I started SP, I spent the first day writing my first blog and then tracking my food. I rewarded myself daily. I drank my water...and tracked it. The second day, I began exercise as part of my routine as well. Then, I continued all of that and even ended up doing a couch to 5K program and running my first 5K. My body did transform as my workouts increased gradually. I blogged daily and connected with other SP's. That was key also.
So, as much as I want to hide in a hole because I am so far off track, I am coming out and writing and putting myself into the program. I can do this and it can work.
I am going to take my beginning pics and post them. Then, I will take weekly progress pics and do my weekly comparisons.
Yesterday, I went to the thrift store and bought bigger clothes. I gained 10 lbs over the holidays and now my clothes are either too small or too tight. So, now, I begin...with a few items in the larger size. Hopefully, I won't need them for long. My goal is 2/lbs per week.
