On Wednesday my mom suggested we workout after work. She works at a PT office and they have a ton of equipment we can use for free! Hooray! I knew to start slow because I havent exercised in years, so I planned to do 10 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of strength with light hand weights and some sit-ups. Unfortunately, I still managed to hurt my Achilles’ tendon because I wasn’t wearing the proper shoes. It has been two days of pain, and I am really regretting not changing into better shoes before even a light workout.
