Had interesting to start to this all. Movtivated to start my tracking before the new year. Then didn't for a few days and could care less. Now back again. I had to re- lose the pound I lost but feel good that I did. Its the long term goal When I stop checking in or stepping on the scale I know something is up. So for me above all else it's the routine of checking in with the scale and then planning my day. I know others feel this is too much but for me it really helps and I need to accept what it shows me. It's not always what I want to see but it helps my mindset for the day.
