Refocus for a New Year

With the New Year comes refocus on the weight loss goals and to reflect on the past year. This past year has been a rollercoaster for me both physically and emotionally. Started out 2018 with being 40 pounds from my goal weight. Then in February had a problem with the heart and doctor taking me off of exercise for two months. You can imagine what happened. I regained what i lost back on. Was told in May that I could go back to working out again. There was only a leaky valve in the heart. In August was taken off again to get ready for a chemical stress test. Was told in Sept to start back exercising slow and easy. Since September I have lost 8 pounds. I'm going to start eating from smaller plates and trying to eyeball the food. Also keep hitting the gym when I get the car from my 19 year old son.
