Let's start off the year right! This year WILL be my year, I am in a totally different situation this year than I was last year and it's going to be GOOD!!!

First things first, this year I am not doing resolutions. I don't want to have how my year ends based on something I decided about on the start of the year so instead each month I just want to make small changes in my life to help me with my health and weight loss journey.

January target: drink more water.

I am not water person but I had recently come across Peach cordial that I drink ALOT. I do need to drink more, so I am planning on get in a HUGE hug and each morning filling it and putting it in the fridge and making sure I drink the whole thing all day.

As for what I am eating. I plan on sticking to a Slimming World plan that I will put together myself and I know slimming world works for me as in 3 weeks I managed to lose 10lbs once. But I won't be paying £5 Just to go get weighed in as I have a 4 year old who will not sit and wait for the entire meeting to be over. Blackmail just doesn't work with him. I have get a new set of scales as my last ones decided to die a sad and unexpected death.

When it comes to working out, I plan on doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred but I will be doing 30 days of level 1. I want to get to a point when I can complete the level 1 workout and not be out of breath or think I am going to die.

So this will hopefully be my 2019 in a nut shell with a new target every month.
