Day two

Up early drank my warm water with lemon. Suppose to help in all this. Enjoying the quiet. 1 pound down on my 1st day keeping track. It's amazaing how just getting on the scale for me helps in my weight lose. When I stop stepping on it if for weeks at a time it usually because I don't want to know. So in my case it's the 1st step. I tracked my food for most of the day yesterday but then went to my work Holiday party last night. My 4 mile workout must have helped because I was down that pound. I was cautious at the party as well. All in all a good start. Cold morning but hoping to get out for another 4 miles around 9am. Routine!! That is my goal to restablish. Hope everyone has a good new year!
