I have been away from SparkPeople for quite some time, stopping by only to spin the wheel.
I have been gaining weight for quite some time, as well.
Do I want to reach goal? Yes, of course!
Do I want to do the work required to lose the weight?
Not so much.
But I am not giving up on me.

    I know it is overwhelming to think you have to make a decision that will last the rest of your life, but you CAN pick up one easy habit that will start the ball rolling and make you healthier every day - How about the 5 fruit/veggie challenge? Each day you have 5 servings of fruit and veggies (heavier on the veggies). These fill you up, provide the most nutrition of anything you're going to eat, provide healthy fibre (making you feel full). All good stuff. And what if you fail? Only have 3 fruit/veggies? That is still a win. Still good for you for many reasons. And when you are full of the good stuff, there is less room for the bad stuff;).
