No Soda No Problem!

I don't drink it. I drink vitamin water zero and water. I avoid fast food so I don't have the temptation to drink it. I worked really hard to get to vitamin water zero. I started out replacing it with vitamin water plus sugar. I don't really crave sweets anymore jello cups too sweet sweet treats too sweet. I do coffee in the morning flavored creamer only no extra sugar and that's all the caffeine I do. Anxiety issues? Less of them. I do crave fast food and pasta. Started making pasta a side now instead of the main dish Gonna start switching out white pasta for whole wheat. I eat more fish. Garlic Salt? No problem! I don't use it. I got harped on for using minced garlic in my onions and coloured peppers when I made the home made sauce. Hubby said it wasn't as good. Burn! No problem! I will not add the salt back, his heart will thank me! Edit......gotta look at the spices in the store and rethink onion powder as my choice.
