SPARK challenge "Eat On the Clock"

My SPARK challenge this morning was to "eat on the clock".......
I'm thinking it might be a good idea since I have been having trouble sticking with my keto WOE lately. I can set up times I want to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and stick with those times. If I am hungry in between those times, I'm sure I can find something to keep myself busy with rather than eat.
