Well I'm trying but I'm not sure how well it's going. I have tried to cut back on what I eat but I'm not recording it yet. I haven't gotten in any exercise either. I've been sick with the earache and had to go to the doctor yesterday. I just don't feel good, don't really feel like trying to do anything. I'm pretty much just having to eat what we have here which is not real bad stuff. I don't buy real bad stuff. On the doctor's scales yesterday it was like I had gained 2 pounds but I realize different scales weigh differently. And different time of the day and different type clothes waste differently but it right weighed me 2lbs more than what I was on my scale. That was a little disappointing but I do realize that different scales weigh differently. I'm really not feeling good right now. My ear is hurting, I have no energy, and I'm just blah. Maybe I will get to feeling better soon and can put more energy into my healthy lifestyle. Becca

    Totally understand when you don't feel good, it is twice as hard to focus on making healthy choices, etc. Try to focus on doing what you can to heal your ear pain. When you are feeling better, it will be much easier to get back on track. Remember, changing to a healthier lifestyle is not a race... it takes time with ups and downs. You will get there! Be patient with yourself.

    Hoping you feel better soon. Maybe adding vitamins and even some bone broth might help. And don't worry about the scale, just keep your mind set on cleaning up your food choices. Keep the Spark.
