Today should be a decent day cause I said so! Today starts my last week on the detox and then I can go back to eating a little bit more. I still have to stay on it in a way because of all my allergies. I can at least have grass fed ground beef here and there and pork,but I am going to try and stay away from it the best that I can. My whole goal is to stay on a healthy track because I want to feel better for the holidays. Also I always get stressed out during this time of year but I am going to stay calm and try to get through until next year.I think it is because they have thanksgiving and Christmas all smashed up together. Also their are 9 kids that have to get covered and so that is a lot of kids and trying to figure out stuff for them all. I love all the kids but all are different and want different things. Plus 4 of them are older and 3 are over 18 and that is always a struggle. Today is basically cleaning and relaxing because I have to still make 2 meals for my mom and then for my family as well so that is a lot of added work. I want her to be healthy but the sad part is really does not know how to make anything that does not come out of a box. Kinda gives me insight to the bad earrings that I had as a child that we always went the easiest route. This week I also have to think about Thanksgiving because I have to go to 2 different families and I will have to make my meals because no one is going to work around my dietary needs,but I do not blame them because there is so much I have to eliminate a lot out of my diet. Also I got on the scale today just to check were I was at and I am back down to 189 from 192 so I am hoping to be able to keep that off till Thursday my weight in day.
