What is your excuse?

We all make up excuses when we try to lose weight. It is hard to do. Anything thing worthwhile is hard to do. So are you going to use hard to do as one of your excuses? If you want to lose weight you have to give up stuff you love. When you were younger you were so active you could eat everything and not gain. But as you age it doesn't work that way anymore. You are not as active. The first steps in losing is eating less and cutting out the sugar and starches. No more goodies. No more pie, cake, candy, ice cream. All those wonderful snacks watching tv. Is it fair? No, but you have a decision to make. Do you want to carry weight with you and have health problems, get out of breath, and not be able to get into clothes you love to wear?

I am one of the leaders on Tips for Writing and Weight Loss and Marian is one too. She handles the weight and I handle writing, but we put our fingers into each others topic many times to help out. If you are serious on wanting to lose weight then you need to come and talk to us and tell us what your problem is before we can help you lose.

Marian and I have both lost weight. She lost a lot of weight and she can tell you how she did it and I have been in a plus size years ago and managed to make my way out of it so I can tell you a few secrets too on how to get that weight off.

The problem after reading this is yes, you love to lose weight and join us but you are so busy.
Like I said you can think of a hundred excuses to not lose weight but if you really are concerned about your health and weight you will come to visit us. At least, we tried to help you. Sometimes when you can not do it alone you need someone to be by your side and help you get through it. Are you brave enough to try? We will be waiting.
That is all we can do. Do you care enough or will you still be making excuses? That is the question you and you alone have to answer.

    I always like to say: "If you want something bad enough, you can get it." There may be obstacles but we can go over them, around or stomp on them. I began in January of 2019 with a NO EXCUSES for January! That included consistent exercise, and NO excuses for buying a latte' or any sugary substance that will delay my progress!! Done with the lame excuses and moving forward with results to show for it! I appreciate your honesty and candor.
